The Reflections Travel Hiring Process

Schedule A Consultation Call

Take your time to fill out our comprehensive questionnaire and schedule a time to speak with me.

Review Your Trip Details

During the call with me, we will review your questionnaire, address any questions or concerns you may have, and send you an invoice to pay your hiring fee. Please note: trip planning doesn't begin until the hiring fee is paid.

Planning Your Dream Vacation

This is where the magic happens. At this time, I will find accommodations, excursions, and other amenities to meet your needs. Once your vacation packages are completed, I will schedule a time to review your options and schedule your initial deposit date.

Your Deposit Date

You and your travel party will receive a safe and secure registration form to make your deposit. From there, you can kick back and relax because I will take care of the rest.

Hiring Our Services

In order to secure my service as your travel professional, you must pay a hiring fee beforehand. My hiring fee is based on the type of trip and the number of guests.
